Despite all your best planning, things will happen on your wedding day- the wind will blow during photos, the humidity will frizz-up your hairline, and your baby hairs may go astray. Some things we just can’t prevent, but there is no need to panic. Here are Hannah Aubrey Hair’s top bridal hair tools and products that you need to have for touch-ups on your wedding day.

For the bride wearing her hair down:

Travel Acetate Hairbrush by Aerin Beauty

This lightweight, mini hairbrush is perfect for smoothing out and detangling wind blown curls or waves to put them back in place.

Pro tip: Brush your hair from underneath to add more body back into the hair.

For the summer bride:

Travel Instant De-Frizzer Spray by Living Proof

Perfect for taming any unwanted frizz that may occur during the summer wedding months or if you hair is naturally curly or wavy. Bonus: it adds some extra shine to the hair!

Pro tip: Spray this product all over your hair, then brush through the strands to distribute the product evenly.

For the bride wearing her hair up:

Dual Edge Brush & Comb by Kitsch

The dual sides work together to help tame short, unruly baby hairs near your hairline. Say goodbye to stringy tendrils! Also really great for putting any hairs back in place that get misplaced while removing your veil.

Pro tip: Comb through the baby hairs using the comb side to remove any tangles. Then, spray the brush side with a little hairspray and brush through to add body back into the strands.

For the bride wearing her hair sleek:

Finishing Creme by Ouai

A lightweight creme good for laying down the hairline, along the part, or underneath. Especially good for brides who are wearing their hair in a middle part or sleek.

Pro tip: Rub a small dime sized amount of creme between your finger tips and smooth down any out of place hairs. Then, spray the brush side of your dual brush & comb with a little hairspray and gently smooth down the strands for extra hold.

For the naturally curly or wavy bride:

Mini Straightening Iron by Babyliss

For those with naturally curly or wavy hair, a little moisture in the air can cause havoc to your baby hairs. This mini straightener is small enough to fit in your clutch for quick baby hair touch-ups.

Pro tip: Comb out a small baby hair section and pass through about an inch. Then gently start turning the iron away from your face to create a soft curl effect.
